Weeeeeell this is still a bit rhetorical. To be honest. But alright, alright. While choosing a favourite is different from choosing whom I relate to the most, I think it’s fairly obvious which one my favourite is. So. If we’re speaking of the ladies (and even if we weren’t), the character I’d relate to the most would have to be

SURPRISE! I mean, ya know, lord help me if I truly relate to any of RENT’s characters, but while each character embodies a certain trait I’d probably find in myself — in a somewhat less extreme way — I relate the most to Joanne.
